Absenteeism

Absenteeism

Term derived from French, which, in the psychological sense, is the lack of assiduity at work, the behavior that is often absent. In market economy, unemployment is voluntary absenteeism enterprises practiced by staff for various reasons: too busy working, fizionogice reasons (for women), family circumstances, indifference, alcoholism, lack of attractiveness to some lucrative activities etc.. In this market economy voluntary unemployment is accepted as all these reasons may result in a daily record of absences from work absence which constitutes an obstacle for high productivity and a potential cause of poor economic use.
