Endorsement

Endorsement comes from the French "endosser" that is signed on the back of a document. In economics, is the mention written signature on the back of a commercial effect (bills, promissory notes, checks, etc.) which indicate the person authorized to charge the commercial effect. Whoever makes this mention is called the endorser and have joint liability for payment of the amount registered in the commercial effect.

Endorsement may be:
- Nominal, if you andosantului with signature and name of the new owner is shown.
- The carrier in cases where the endorsement is made only from endorsement man signature.
